Boxing is incredibly empowering for females as it builds strength and boosts confidence. Women’s Fitness Boxing at Roots Combat Club offers a full body workout for all skill levels by combining boxing basics with a variety of strength and conditioning exercises. This high-energy class includes shadow boxing, heavy bag striking, mitt-work, weight lifting, HIIT, and endurance cardio. You will receive a high level of cardio, muscle strength, sharp reflexes, and a focused mind.

Overview

At RCC, our fitness boxing classes are taught in an encouraging, safe, and rigorous environment. Our instructors are prepared to teach you at any level – whether it’s your first time putting on gloves or you’re already well versed in the sport. Fitness boxing is the perfect way to get in shape, relieve stress, and build a level of confidence that you’ve never had before. These classes will take your skills to the next level and get you in the best shape of your life.
